The (Wannabe) Literati

Blog Name: The (Wannabe) Literati, aka Pauline or Kulot (see hair)

Blog URL: http://thewannabeliterati.wordpress.com

Location: Originally from Davao City, but I’ll be returning to Quezon City to continue school this June 2011 (yay to future meet-ups!)

Brief Description: Also known as the book blog that keeps on dying (it’s been resuscitated thrice in the span of a year), Pauline reads more often that she blogs, which often gets her in trouble when the monthly blog round-up comes. It was apparent at an early age that she was meant to read, as her mother decided to name her daughter after a character once read in a book – the title and author of which is now buried deep in memory (this lost identity of the book attributes to Pau’s sense of non-beingness, also known as the identity crisis – or in the case of our 20-year-old, quarter-life crisis). When she’s not reading, Pau is often caught daydreaming (a much gentle means of saying nakatunganga), or feigning interest in otherworldly matters. She loves chocolate and hates fish.

Favorite Authors: Augusten Burroughs and Jessica Zafra
